Design, function and style are OUR determining factors. In other words, rather than make money by cutting costs on the front end, we believe there is a market for quality in the communities we select for Home Plate projects.

Each project is different in terms of product and price point. Our goal is to deliver a home that is compatible with its surrounding neighborhood, while exceeding the quality one would expect for the location.

In addition to building custom homes for sale, Home Plate Development also provides building and development services to a select group of clients.
